TNEA 2013 : Documents to be attached with the TNEA Application form | Anna University Engineering Application B.E/B.Tech

Tamilnadu Engineering Admissions ( TNEA ) 2013 – 2014 information for students those who are going to apply for B.E/B.Tech Admissions for Engineering in Anna University .

Candidates will have option to choose college at Anna University Campus and from Affiliated Colleges depending on the Cut-Off Marks obtained for TNEA 2013 through qualifying examination.

TNEA 2013 Application Form Issue Date will be announced on the month of April 2013 . You will be able to get engineering admission application form from various centres around the state as well as from Anna University .

Before you send your application to Anna university, know what are the documents needed to attach / enclose with the TNEA 2013 Applicatino form .

Given below are necessary Docs needed to enclose with the engineering application form .

1.     Filled-in Coding Sheet

2.     Special Reservation Form (s) with DD and Relevant Certificate (s) if applicable

3.     Self addressed Stamped Envelope (s)

Attested Photocopy of

4.     10th Mark Sheet

5.     HSC / Equivalent / Diploma Mark Sheet

6.     Transfer Certificate

7.     Permanent Community Certificate Card for ST, SC, SCA, MBC&DNC, BC and BCM

8.     Nativity Certificate (if applicable)

9.     H. Sc. / Diploma Hall Ticket

10.   First Graduate Certificate and First Graduate Joint Declaration (if applicable)

11.   NATA Mark Sheet

    Sir,

    I was born in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Both my parents are from Tamil Nadu. However, we are staying in Kolkata. I am a student of Kendriya Vidyalaya, Kolkata under CBSE and appeared for Class XII Exam in March 2013. My mother is a teacher in Kendriya Vidyalaya Kolkata and my father is a retired employee of a PSU in Kolkata.

    Please let me know whether i am required to provide ” Nativity Certificate”. If so where i can i get the Form in which Nativity Certificate has to be given.
    Alternatively, can I submit the Birth Certificate issued by Tamil Nadu as proof of my birth in Chennai.

    I am native of Tamil Nadu, Ambur my both the sons were born at AMBUR but now I am residing at Saudi Arabia as a Temporary Contract worker my sons are studying 12th std CBSE International Indian School Please guide me my son can get admission under normal mode other than NRI Quota whether he is eligible for TNEA,

    still i did’t get my Transfer certificate form my school they tell from 27th May ony they will be issuing certificates then how can i attach my photo copy of my TC to apply TNEA 2013

      Yes, you are true and I think it is not compulsory for applying, however, you have to show the original TC at the time of counselling.All the best, sathiyan

    sir, my 12th mark sheet ant the transfer certificate will be issued on may 27th only. Then how can i attach the photocopy of 12th mark sheet???? or is it enough to take print out of my marks?????

      you have to produce original TC during the admission time only

      Uncheck the the 4th option in the form,which is in the 4th page

    You can download your mark list from the website and submit. it is acceptable. original will be required at the time of interview.

    My application for TNEA 2013 has been rejected stating that Nativity Certificate is not according to TNEA format. Can some one guide me as to how to proceed further? Appreciate early response.

    I am Saishreyas. I was born in Chennai, My parents also were bron in Tamilnadu. My father spent his initial 6 years in chennai before going to mumbai with my grandparents. My mother was educated in Chennai and graduated from Chennai. I studied XI and XII in Chennai and passed my XII from Tamilnadu State Board. I scored good marks in my XII exam. Apart from all the above my application has been rejected for want of Nativity documents like five year continous stay by my father or 5 year continous study by me in Tamilnadu. Can anybody help me in this? It is really frustrating situation after scoring good marks.
