NIFT Courses and Admission Procedures – National Institute of Fashion Technology

NIFT 2013

National Institute of Fashion Technology will graduate and post-graduate courses in fashion design. Admission to the courses will be conducted on certain placement tests as to general skills and creative skills test by the Institute. Upper age limit for graduate level courses is 23 years, and there is no age bar for master level courses.

Procedure for admission in NIFT

Graduate programs:

Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Course in a stream from a recognized board of examination are eligible to apply for undergraduate programs. There is no minimum score in qualifying examination to be eligible required. Anyone over 23 years old at the time of application are not eligible.

Qualified candidates will be shortlisted for the general ability test. It multiple choice questions will be objective of this review. Candidates can expect to design aptitude questions and general fitness test this. The maximum time for this test is 2 hours. Those who have reached the minimum size marks in this test will be shortlisted for the second round of tests, known as the creative ability test (CAT).

Candidates can expect drawing questions on the basis of this test. Applicants should have a maximum of three hours to discuss any matter. The final selection is based on scores in the two tests and compounds based testing of points awarded.

Bachelor of Fashion Technology Apparel Production:

Candidates who have completed secondary level II Advanced Studies recognized a pension are also eligible. You should have studied subjects such as Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics at HSC. Qualified candidates will be shortlisted for the general ability test (GAT). It multiple choice questions will be on the exam. The maximum time for this exam is 3 hours. Those who have qualified this exam called test situation. Candidates can expect. Material handling questions about this exam They are more than two hours to be given to answer all questions.

Postgraduate studies Procedures for admissions

Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university is the minimum qualification for training master’s degree programs. Moreover, those who have taken graduate courses eligible in design NIFT or National Institute of Design also. There is no age bar for this course.
